CANCELLATION OR CHANGING OF APPOINTMENT
Your appointment is important to me and the time booked is exclusively to you. I kindly ask that you give a minimum of 36 hours notice if you wish to cancel. A appointment reminder text/ email is sent 36 hours before your appointment to remind you. If you cancel this allows another client from the waitlist to have your appointment or another client has the opportunity to make an appointment.
A 50% cancellation fee apply’s to non-shows or late cancellations.
ARRIVALS & LATE
Please arrive 5 minutes earlier to relax and unwind. If you get stuck in traffic please send me a message to notify me as i need a respectable amount of time to perform your treatment/s
PAYMENT/S
Available Cash and Card (Debit/ Credit 1.9% Fee or Amex/ Diners 2.2% Fee).
Cosmetic Tattooing requires a 50% Deposit, which is a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. The day of your appointment the amount will be deducted from your full treatment amount.
Your booking is not confirmed until deposit is paid via ‘Bank Transfer’ or ‘In-store’. If you cancel your appointment with more than 48 hours and do not wish to receive the treatment a full refund will be issued, if you cancel with more then 24 hours notice your deposit is credited and if notice is received less than 24 hours notice off the cancellation, you will loose your deposit. You however need to give at least 36 hours notice for a rescheduled appointment.
CLIENT INFORMATION
Your personal information in the data base is for La Sculpt Beauty only. In regards to photos and business messages to help with social media, photos will only be taking with your approval and snap shot of messages will be asked for approval. If any photos taken by clients of ‘La Sculpt Beauty’ or tagged, will automatically be submitted authorised to re-post.
